I was very excited when my neighbors decided that they did not want their pet lizard. After taking Matilda across the street and up the stairs she seemed surprised at the sudden change in her surroundings. My mouth gaped wide open when I learned that my pet lizard eats wet DOG FOOD!!! Why would a lizard want to eat dog food? Before my neighbors left, I asked what type of lizard it was. They promptly replied that she was a blue tongued skink.
